Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) spoke at CPAC:
"I want my liberty back. How did a nation born of freedom and liberty lose its freedom and liberty? How does a nation that has an extraordinary supply of American exceptionalism submit, inch by creeping inch, to the tolatarian state that's descending upon us?"
In this great video Congressman King suggests that the next president of the United States, on January 20, 2013 during swearing cerimonies on the steps of Congress, has a pen in his hand when he raises it to the square in front of Chief Justice John Roberts who is about to swear him in. Instead of being sworn in, first he whips out a new bill--that King says Congress could have ready for him--and signs the bill into law, tossing out Obama Care lock, stock, and barrel.
Listen to this very enlightening and entertaining talk. Don White
Washington, DC - Congressman Steve King released video of the speech he gave today before the 2012 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC). King joined other national conservative leaders in addressing the attendees of the national, three day conference. King's speech focused on the growth of the government's reach into Americans' everyday lives.
"I want my liberty back!" said King. "How did a nation born of freedom and liberty lose its freedom and liberty? How does a nation that's blessed by an extraordinary supply of American Exceptionalism submit, inch by creeping inch, to the totalitarian state that's descending upon us?"
